Green-Tech Egg Industries Pte Ltd will share its practical AI adoption journey at SMEs Go Digital Day 2026 on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre.

Green-Tech receives around 120 recurring customer WhatsApp orders each day.
Previously, sales-admin staff had to manually read or listen to customers’ short text and voice orders, interpret the requested items and quantities, and key them into AutoCount, Green-Tech’s back-end ERP system. At around five minutes per order, this required approximately 10 man-hours of manual order-processing work each day. MEVO Anna now performs this repetitive order-capture work.
